Welcome to the Midpeninsula Alano Club. We are a non-profit corporation designed for our members to meet and share their experience, strength and hope with each other because of our common concern for people trying to achieve and maintain a life free from the use of alcohol or drugs.

The Co-Founders of Alcoholics Anonymous Dr. Bob Smith & Bill Wilson 1879-1950 . . . 1898-1971
Midpeninsula Alano Club offers the recovering alcoholic a place to go, to take a break and have a cup of coffee with men and women who understand the program and the process of recovery. We come together to find support and to learn about the many other resources available to the recovering alcoholic in our community
Alcoholics Anonymous does not finance or lend its name to any outside organization. The Midpeninsula Alano Club is an outside organization, separate and distinct from AA, NA, Alanon, or any treatment facility. Each meeting held at the club is conducted by an autonomous group, and each group pays rent to the club to help pay expenses. Membership in the Alano Club is independent of membership in any of the various organizations who use the club's facilities for their meetings.
REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP: Persons desiring to become a member of the Club must complete a membership application. Membership dues are $20.00 per month or $200.00 per year.
